Roger Olofsson Bagge

Roger Olofsson Bagge is a Professor of Cancer Surgery at the Institute of Clinical Sciences, Sahlgrenska Academy, and a Senior Consultant Surgeon at Sahlgrenska University Hospital.

He leads a research group that includes both clinical and preclinical researchers, with a focus on translational cancer research. His primary areas of interest are cutaneous and uveal melanoma, with a particular emphasis on locoregional cancer therapies, modern immunotherapy, and extracellular vesicles.

He has authored over 150 scientific publications and is responsible for more than 15 investigator-initiated clinical trials.
